In the Netherlands we do not charge shipping costs.
The return costs are at your expense.

Return
You have 14 days to return the scarf. This period begins one day after the time of delivery. Within those 14 days you can send a e-mail without giving a reason for the cancellation to info@aktwentyeight.com. Please mention that you want to return the scarf with storage box and the original packaging. You then have another 14 days to return the scarf, storage box and the original packaging. Scarves without original storage box and packaging will not be accepted.
Steps for a return: 1. Let us know within 14 days by email or the annulment form. 2. Then within 14 days return the package. 3. Returning costs are at your expense.
How to return the scarf, storage box and original packaging:
The package should be returned by registered mail to the address below. Only returns by registered mail will be accepted.

The shipping costs for sending back the package are at you expense.
It is not permitted during the withdrawal period to use the scarf. AK Twenty-Eight will not accept returns of used scarves.

Quick return of purchase amount
If you return the scarf, storage box and original packaging AK Twenty-Eight pays back the purchase amount within 5 working days after receiving the package. The purchase price will be transferred to the bank account from which we received payment.
Delivery to another address or a scarf as a gift:
If you want to deliver the scarf to a family member, friend or colleague, please fill in the delivery address of your family member or friend. In the contact and billing information please mention your own address. In the box ‘Comments` you can leave a message for the recipient. We will write the message with a black ornamental pen on the AK Twenty-Eight Luxuriate card. On the look book of this site you can see how the card looks.
